Looking for an easy way to communicate with your parents and compulsory athletes how they are progressing in the off season with their skills!
 
I have been using the stoplight papers for the last 6 seasons and it helps immensely as an easy visual for parents and gymnasts on their progress. Especially for bigger programs it can be challenging to meet with every athlete. The color coding system is so easy even for the littlest ones to understand. 
 
How it works:  Each Athlete will be sent home with one stoplight sheet for the next level they are training, however often the coaches would like, we usually do the first of the month.
We color code each skill:
Green = They have it consistently with good form 
Yellow= The skill is inconsistent and/or improper form 
Red = Can not perform the skill unassisted

What is included: 5 Stop light sheets for levels 2-5, also one blank stop light sheet.
